#remember when dean didn’t have friends #not the way sam had friends#because he was trying so hard just to piece his family back together and keep them safe and alive #and then people like jo and ellen wormed their way into his heart #because as much as dean protested that you couldn’t really have anyone with this life they lead #he gets attached just as easily as anyone else #he might make snarky comments in the beginning #and his teasing may sound like insults#but he loves these people and he made family out of every one of them via ourprofoundbond
